Excellent photography, design and typography are a passion of mine, I create aspirational visual content, exceptional magazine covers and page layout. As art director of Lonely Planet Magazine I ran a busy art dept overseeing all aspects

of a print magazine, and guided a small team of full-time staff and freelance contributors. I am expert at bringing travel stories alive through commissioning outstanding photographers. My layouts showcase beautiful travel imagery, sophisticated photo editing, design and typography solutions. Many photographers have won photography awards for their work published in the magazine.

The images I have commissioned from over 500 photoshoots are used throughout the Lonely Planet brand, ensuring exceptional visual continuity across 12 international editions of Lonely Planet Magazine, inspirational travel books, online travel articles, bookazines, supplements, calendars and marketing materials.

More recently I have been working with a former colleague designing and helping launch Good Place, a brand new independent travel magazine. 

While working in travel has been my most recent venture, I'm equally at home working within food and lifestyle brands.
